How to have a civil relationship with your ex

When a person goes from your partner to your ex it can be incredibly hard to remember that you can’t talk to them the way you used to. You can’t vent to them, and you can’t express your anger at them like you might have done when you were together. Ex-etiquette is tricky - but, it’s do-able. And that’s what we’re here to help you achieve. On the show today Cass and Annaliese are joined by Rachel Voysey from the Relationship Room to walk us through how to have a civil relationship with your ex.
