In this episode I take us back to July & August of 2019 as an important reference point for this time and season. We are reconsidering our collective and individual relationships with the need to be taken care of.

• What is your relationship with being taken care of?
• What is your relationship to your own emotional distress to your own physical distress and discomfort?
• How was that responded to you?
• Were you believed or were you ignored?
• Were you fussed over too much or did you have a balance where your caregivers were able to balance attentiveness to their own needs and their own emotions with the care and attentiveness that they were obligated to give you as the person that is responsible for you?
