S1 E5: Broadcast journalism and misinformation, with Tom Mills

If reporting is factually accurate, does that automatically mean it won't lead to misinformation? Not necessarily.

In this latest episode of Dis/Mis, Debs is joined by Tom Mills to discuss the role broadcast journalism contributes to dis- and misinformation and why the quality of individual journalists is not a guarantee of quality journalism.

Tom is a senior lecturer in sociology at Aston University, the author of the BBC Myth of a Public Service and the chair of the Media Reform Coalition.
