S1 E4: Empowering young people to spot misinformation, with Banseka Kayembe

How can we empower young people to stay alert to disinformation?

That is the question being tackled in episode four of Dis/Mis, as Debs is joined by Banseka Kayembe.

Banseka is a freelance culture and politics journalist, and she's the founder and director of Naked Politics, which is a media and educational platform for young people, focused in particular on people power and grassroots democracy.

Here, Debs and Banseka look at the disconnect between media reform and wider democratic reform as well as how young people fit into both movements.
