It is so so normal to go looking for others to assist us when we are in pain. We need to go looking for others to assist us when we are in pain. But there is a subtlety that I want to bring into attention. And that is the victim story we could be dragging with us when we look for help. Because sometimes the asking for help is actually a loud cry to be rescued. To be saved. We have been doing that for hundreds and thousands of years. And of course we have. It has been, and continues to be, an extremely painful existence. We know that we will do anything to get out of the suffering, out of the discomfort. We will do anything and look to anyone who can provide us some relief. But I believe that it is really, really important to see when we are bringing in assistance and when we are handing over our power. Because if we are handing over our power then we continue to sit in the story of powerlessness. We continue to create that reality. And from that reality it is not possible to find out how powerful you truly are. It is not possible to find the creator within. Not if we hand over the creative power to someone else. So bring people in. But they are not there to do it for us. They are there to reveal the parts of me that are there to be seen by me when I am ready to look. They are there to reflect back to me the knowing that is already within. Whoever you bring in, is an aspect of you. A reflection of you. You pick the time when you are ready to fully see Them/You.
