Chris Schultz has been the Voodoo Doughnut CEO since 2017, after being in the restaurant industry for 30+ years (including roles as Operations Manager at Starbucks and Sr VP at Mod Pizza). He has been quoted to “never have a bad day,” and in his time at Voodoo, he’s focused on expanding Voodoo’s offerings to new locations throughout the US. Voodoo Doughnut started as a quirky donut shop in Portland in 2003 with the mission of “world donut domination” and received its first mention in the national press in the first week of opening.
