Ep. 90: The 1995 Chicago Heatwave, Part 1: High Misery Index

Chicago really is the perfect cup of tea.

In this one, Ian and Liv venture back to the 90s for a week-long heatwave that caught Chicago by surprise. The city's resources were overwhelmed, residents were dying from the suffocating heat, there were no vacancies at the morgue, the mayor was MIA, and the response from city hall was lackluster at best.

Also, Ian enjoys hiking just around the riverbend. Liv really feels like she's fitting in.
