There was a major case of business FOMO that happened this month. What's FOMO? Fear Of Missing Out. On Prime Day this year, Amazon promoted their two-day exclusive sale extravaganza everywhere.

But some retailers are getting in on the Prime Day fun. They've discovered that instead of missing out on sales, they can get in on the fun too.

Let's talk about jumping on the bandwagon with your business competitors. Is it a good idea to follow them, or should you ignore the business FOMO?

You can gain attention and add more people to your audience when you take advantage of your competitor's business activities. By doing this, you can increase your audience.  Get exposed to new people who may not have heard of you before, and gain new followers that could become your customer.
