In line with global Sustainable Development Goals, Jana Kholová with colleagues and networks of partners contributes to efforts required to enhance the agri-food systems, particularly in the most vulnerable production system (Asia, Africa, Latin America). She is responsible for integrating the knowledge of plant biology into the inter-disciplinary agri-food systems improvement efforts. Her stronghold is the trans-disciplinary research integration, efficient teamwork, strategic collaboration, exploration, and development of new research areas, technologies and innovation.
