
Diet this, diet that, can't believe we were ever that fat! Rewind a few years back to the college version of ourselves. Shane weighs 245 pounds and Phil weighs 230 pounds. At this point we had basically given up and even joked about who would be the first to reach 250 pounds! Something had to change and we knew it. We had to look at ourselves in the mirror and commit to change. Today, we have both lost upwards of 40 pounds and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon!
