Whether you are recovering from an eating disorder, dieting or just general restrictive eating, letting your body fully recover is crucial to your long-term physical and mental health. Everyone's recovery will be unique, but we hope that sharing our stories will give you some idea of what to expect if you are in the early stages of your own recovery or in the middle of it, wondering when things will even out.
