Any parent of a toddler can tell you that one of the most difficult aspects of raising a little one is FOOD! Whether they're refusing to eat for what seems like days, or insisting on only boxed macaroni and cheese for every meal, or eating you out of house and home, it can feel pretty overwhelming to navigate food with a toddler! On today's episode we have some tips and tricks for raising a child to eat intuitively. Although we are far from perfect mothers, we have learned a lot during the past few years as we've raised our own children to eat to appetite and would like to pass on what has worked for us. Hopefully you will be equipped and inspired to give your child a great start in food freedom that will serve them the rest of their life!
