We spoke with Dr Tammy Francis heavily on the topic of diversity and how to be more inclusive. We particularly loved her BE A JEDI acronym: Belonging, Access, Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. We have to be intentional in our endeavours to include people of all backgrounds, and we don't necessarily have to aim to change the world in one go. We can Reach One, Teach One, and still have a positive effect.
