But What Is Holding Africans Back? Ft. Ozi

We delve into African history; we talk about African contributions to modern society and technology as we know it today. Our guest shares some knowledge on architecture and describes the benefits and history of mud huts as well as their contribution to social identity among different tribes, and how that might translate into modern structures.

We re-describe the narrative around how African history has been portrayed by the Western world. We talk about the written histories across the continent and how they have been erased from the archives, ultimately affecting how Africans see and express themselves. We look back at visionaries who have inspired Pan-African ideologies and wonder how we can start to transform these dreams into future realities.
