Ep.43 Great American Bash 1997

Join Ontario independent wrestling personality, Bill Chase, as he takes you on an ongoing journey throughout his years as a wrestling fan from 1987 all the way to today.

On this episode, Bill reminisces about the wonder that was the Summer of 1997, and truly remembers how spoiled we all were to be wrestling fans smack-dab in the promotional wars!  He mentions how the Monday Night Wars weren't really a war in Canada, also talks in depth about the trials of being an 8th grader, his impending graduation, fear of going into High School, making a new friend, learning life lessons, and of course ... girls.  He of course talks about the show itself, the great feud between Macho Man & DDP, how he does not care at all for Bill Demott, just how cool was Glacier, and how Mongo & Greene didn't manage to stink up the joint, as he watches this show with a few of his cousins making a surprise appearance in the basement rec-room in Lawfield Drive!
