When I don’t know what to do, putting words on paper feels tangible. It’s black and white. When I don’t feel like talking, writing allows me to speak in a solitary way. The page is a never-ending space for depositing my concerns and fears and hopes.
Writing has helped me let go and accept that I may never find answers. Exploring my emotions via writing keeps all my questions and possible answers accessible. I review and rework and eventually move beyond whatever im trying to process.
