19. You can have it ALL, but How?!

I always have (and probably always will) preach about how you can have it all.


Because the thing is, is that we live in a predominately negative society.


A society that teaches us we need to pick between “this or that”.

But I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to.


You can choose this AND that!!


It is how I went from a painful period to a pain free period….and have sustained that for over 3 years now.

It is how I am able to have pizza and a pain free period.

It is how I am able to enjoy eating out and still have a pain free period.


Because I know that I can have it all.


But how does one actually have it all?!
