As a University Qualified Nutritionist I know for a fact that food is medicine.

The food that we eat plays a massive role in our health, it can make or break it.


Not only that, but food played a massive role when it came to me fixing my own period pain.

Of course there are other factors involved too, but food played a really really big role.

And I haven't had a painful period since July 2021, so yes clearly food plays a big role.


So how can we take advantage of food and actually use it as medicine?!

How can we make sure that we are actually making the right moves when it comes to Nutrition and not sabotaging ourselves?!
