Loving you was easy

Loving me took some work

I had to find myself and accept who I was

Amidst all the pain and hurt

See, I never thought I had issues

In my mind I was fine

Until things pointed out by you

Put self-doubt in my mind

Over time, things became clearer

There’s nothing wrong with me

You used criticism and comments

To hide your insecurities
