Come join me, Roxanne, as I discuss horrifying cases from all over the world. Some well known cases and some you may have never even heard of. I deep dive into the minds of killers, cults and many more criminals. E17 Dangerously Drunk: The murder of the Chervus

“Hello, my name is Paul and I’m an alcoholic.”

“Hello Paul.”

Paul Cox is 2 months into his sobriety and is attending Alcoholics Anonymous to aid his journey. He has support from his family and girlfriend, who helped him seek help. He’s following a 12-step program and he’s working on the 4th and 5th steps. Which I’m paraphrasing to Making an inventory of your wrongdoings and the 5th step is, in a nutshell, admitting the wrongdoings to yourself, a higher power and to another human being.

Paul follows the program and confesses to multiple members of the AA his regrets and mistakes.

“I think I killed someone, actually I killed two people. I stabbed them. There was blood everywhere.”

This is the cautionary tale of when a fragile mind loses control due to alcohol, leading to tragedy.

The case of Paul Cox, now on Despicable Beings.
