I recently posted on the SOI group how umbrella affirmations helped me when I was in a deep depressive episode, worried about external circumstances... but I was also experiencing a Dark Night of the Soul where I doubted my divine nature, these spiritual teachings & ultimately my understanding of reality. However, using these approaches recommended by my mentors really helped! Let me know what you think.
