In this episode Dr. Ben welcomes Jim Olszewski. Born and raised in the farmlands of upstate New York, Dr. Olszewski followed a calling and passion for helping others and attended St. Lawrence University, receiving a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Biology and Pre-Med, then headed south to fulfill his dream of becoming a chiropractor. Soon after beginning his Doctorate while attending Life University in Marietta, Georgia, he met his lovely wife Christy and they began a life together dedicated to raising a healthy family with Biblical principles in mind. After graduating from Life University in 1997, he started practicing full time.
Over the years he has been blessed to have been honored with numerous awards for his support and dedication to the chiropractic profession. He and his family spent six years doing health related missions work in Manaus, Brazil and were featured in the book, Against All Odds...But God. He is a member of the Alabama State Chiropractic Association and a member of the Christian Chiropractor Association (CCA). He was awarded Chiropractor of The Year by the CCA in 2005. He is a recognized site instructor for Palmer Chiropractic College and he successfully opened the first chiropractic clinic in the Amazon Jungle city of Manaus, Brazil. He has been examined and licensed by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and also the Alabama, Georgia & Kentucky State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
