At the same time, the show is about designers trying to find ways to solve tricky problems. The idea came during the conversations we had with our international colleagues and friends in the office or at many of the Amsterdam design meetups. Many of those conversations were eye-opening and gave us the feeling of - wow, this should be recorded and should be shared with the world. Born and raised in Belarus, Olga has always had big ambitions. She initially wanted to set up and build a design culture in her home country after her studies abroad. However various reasons made her change her mind. This is how she ended up in the Netherlands, starting a career at companies such as KLM, ING and now Adyen.
