The Incredible Deception of Natwarlal

Natwarlal, also known as Mithilesh Kumar Srivastava, was a notorious Indian fraudster known for his audacious high-profile crimes and incredible prison escapes. He gained infamy for his claims of having repeatedly "sold" iconic landmarks such as the Taj Mahal, the Red Fort, the Rashtrapati Bhavan, and the Parliament House of India.

Born in 1912 in Siwan, Natwarlal's criminal career was marked by his ability to swindle and deceive even the most vigilant authorities. He became a legendary figure in the world of crime, with a reputation that often preceded him.

One remarkable aspect of Natwarlal's legacy was his somewhat paradoxical status as a Robin Hood-like figure. Despite his criminal activities, he was known to give away a significant portion of the ill-gotten gains to needy and poor people in his village, earning him the nickname "Robin Hood".

Natwarlal's life and escapades have inspired various forms of media, including a 1979 Indian Hindi action comedy film titled "Mr. Natwarlal," directed by Rakesh Kumar. Additionally, his extraordinary story has been documented in books, articles, and even YouTube videos.

While Natwarlal's life was shrouded in mystery and intrigue, his name remains synonymous with audacious deception and cunning, making him a legendary figure in India's criminal history
