Are you a Dermatology resident? Do you wish you could ask some of the top experts in our field questions like, “what do I do when I have tried everything, but a wound won’t heal?” Or, “how do I start a biologic in a patient who is pregnant, wants to get pregnant or is breastfeeding?”
Then Dermalogues is for you.
Dr Kerri Purdy puts the questions residents often ask to subject area experts from across Canada. The conversation is fun, engaging and casual but packed with helpful tips and thoughtful guidance.
And you don’t have to just listen, you can also be part of the program. Tag us on twitter @CdnDermatology with your questions or with your ideas for upcoming episodes.

S4 Ep 1 - Cross Specialty Conversation: Allergy and Immunology with Dr Lori Connors
Dermalogues is thrilled to be back for our fourth season! And this year, Dr Kerri Purdy is shaking things up a little with a series of cross-specialty conversations. We start off with Dr Lori Connors, who is an Allergist and Immunologist at Dalhousie University, where she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine. She splits her time between community and academic practice and is very involved in Resident education at Dal. She is also the outgoing CPD Chair for the Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. Together Kerri and Lori dive into a fascinating conversation that focuses on three big areas: Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria, Type 2 Inflammatory Conditions and then some of the information or disinformation around food allergies and how it applies to eczema. Our Resident questions both also come from Dalhousie University: Dr Leila Reguigui and Dr Michael Macgillivary. Thanks to you both. For more on the work of the CDA, please visit dermatology.ca (http://dermatology.ca/) And for more great CDA Podcasts, check out JCMS Author Interviews, hosted by Dr Kirk Barber. Dermalogues is produced by the CDA and David McGuffin of Explore Podcast Productions.
