Depth In Motion

Depth in Motion is a journal in real time. Each entry begins with an intention and unfolds as I walk, breathe, and think out loud—sometimes with clarity, sometimes in chaos, but always in motion. This isn’t a show about answers. It’s about slowing down enough to hear what’s already within. Some entries are meditative. Others unravel and return. But all of them are rooted in a desire to live with awareness, presence, and honesty. If you’re looking for a space to reflect, question, breathe, or just be, you’re in the right place.

35. From Pain to Peace

This is the first time I’ve truly completed a healing process without the aid of any medicine — no caffeine, no mushrooms, no ayahuasca — just me, my breath, my movement, and my willingness to keep going.

After recording an emotional purge about feeling like a failure, I thought I was done. But my body had other plans. I sprinted up a mountain, danced barefoot in the forest, and laughed out loud in the trees. What followed was joy — real, earned joy. Not because I forced it, but because I allowed peace to enter where pain had lived.

This episode captures the full cycle: from breakdown to breakthrough, from crying to laughing, from numbness to presence. It’s the other side of healing — the part most people don’t get to see.
