It’s championship week in Delaware County! Join us as we preview the 2025 DELCO Cross Country Championships at historic Rose Tree Park on Saturday, September 27th.

Race Schedule:

12:30 pm Boys/ Girls MS 3K Race Combined--- NEW FOR 2025 (6th-7th-8th graders ONLY)

1:00 pm Girls and Boys Novice -- unlimited number, but 9th and 10th graders only.(Top 5 girls, top 5 boys)

1:45 pm Girls Junior Varsity (unlimited number) (top 8)

2:30 pm Boys Junior Varsity (unlimited number) (top 8)

3:15 pm Girls Varsity (7 runners max per school) (top 20)

4:00 pm Boys Varsity (7 runners max per school) (top 20)

We’re joined by special guests Coach Tom Kennedy and Coach Bill Coren, who share their most memorable DELCO Championship moments and break down everything you need to know heading into this year’s varsity races. From team battles to individual standouts, this is your full guide to one of the most exciting meets of the season!
