Hello, fellow Panthers! My name is Eevee, and I'm a 25-year-old unapologetic fangirl and film/media grad. While I've been a huge Degrassi fan since grade school, I've never actually seen the original series (Degrassi Junior High + Degrassi High)! That's why I'm thrilled to introduce "Degrassi: School's In", where I plan to watch, analyze, and fan-theorize my way from "Kiss Me Steph" all the way to "School's Out" with the help of my friends and special guests! I recently got a chance to catch up with & have an awesome chat with this month's guest, Jay! You may know him from his top-tier Degrassi memes, usually posted on his IG (@DegrassiMemeMashups) or perhaps you've seen him around Facebook moderating & posting on the popular page "It's 2023 and Degrassi Is Still On My Mind: The Next Generation"!

I first got acquainted with Jay through the Mother of All Degrassi Book Club on the Degrassi Kid Discord, which was such a great opportunity to connect with fellow Degrassi fans, all while learning more about the background and co-creator of the show we love so much!
