Hello, fellow Panthers! My name is Eevee, and I'm a 25-year-old unapologetic fangirl and film/media grad. While I've been a huge Degrassi fan since grade school, I've never actually seen the original series (Degrassi Junior High + Degrassi High)! That's why I'm thrilled to introduce "Degrassi: School's In", where I plan to watch, analyze, and fan-theorize my way from "Kiss Me Steph" all the way to "School's Out" with the help of my friends and special guests! "School's In!" is back in session with a VERY special guest -- Degrassi's own Tom Melissis! Tom is best known for playing Mr. Perino in Degrassi: The Next Generation. However, he first appeared on the show in the '80s as Jeff, a young mechanic in LD's dad's shop, who was introduced in the episode we're talking about today, "Nothing To Fear" (Degrassi Junior High Season 1 Episode 8)!
