Be careful what you wish for … the Degen BJJ Podcast is back. In this episode the lads attempt to pick up where they left off despite a little ring rust. The conversation covers Mike’s new found vigour for training, Ken's return from injury, a couple of away days and some hints of what is to come on the show this year. Also, for those that thought we’d spent some time away improving the quality or content of the show, there are a couple of technical issues and lots of confusion.
