Dr. Elram is a physician,poet, and hospital director with extensive leadership experience in healthcare.Specializing in women’s health, she has held senior roles, including as thedirector at Hadassah Medical Center. A passionate advocate for consciousleadership, she strives to empower women in key positions and drive positivechange within the healthcare industry.
In addition to her medical career, Dr. Elram has publishedtwo poetry books and contributed to humanitarian missions, such as providingmedical aid to Haiti following the devastating earthquake. With an MD andadvanced leadership training from Harvard, she brings a unique blend of medicalexpertise, leadership acumen, and a deep commitment to social change.
