Started with a brief breakdown to match the political breakdown. Recap of unleashing video of drawing for the abstract artist and the grand fail that it was. Not to lose, gonna give it another go this weekend. Launched gallery and latest artwork for sale and how to stick with it when the with it gets sticky. The Write Zone explained - how journaling is a game changer. Following up the blog of the week. The importance of having safe space to express ourselves to ourselves so we’re more ready to let it flow in steps to take. Write easiest and clearest artist statement of my life. Then took a dive into how scary it can be to transition from the safety and solitude of the studio to actually stepping out into the world to interact with artists, galleries, supporters. Getting geared up to be brave and how thinking about it has already sparked artists to reach out to and a museum visit this weekend. Tossed around a few ideas for next weeks show and blog, asking you if there are any questions you want answered or more in-depth stories from my expansive and varied experience. Business building, building confidence, sharing self expression, or how to make really good bbq ribs at home.
