Gina Longo is the founder of Gina Longo Consulting / Trigpoint Systems LLC which provides bespoke leadership training systems to both individual and corporate clients. As a former airline captain and flight instructor, Gina flew as pilot in command on more than 3000 flights and carried more than 75,000 people (and many pets) safely to their destinations. She then moved to Great Britain to instruct corporate pilots and later spent three years as an international solo traveller.
Gina is also a Crew Resource Management Instructor, certified to train flight leaders and their team members how to connect, communicate and collaborate, as well as a 4-time international bestselling co-author.
As a leadership trainer and the creator of The Calmfident Leadership® System, Gina’s on a mission to help businesses attract and keep the right team members by developing leaders that people want to work with.
Her great love is German Shepherds, and as a proud U.S. Air Force brat, she tends to answer the question “Where are you from?” with an enigmatic “It depends.”
