
Welcome to the first episode of Perfect Week: 7 Days of Building Strength and Resilience.
Over the next seven days we will explore different topics that are intended to improve you emotional, mental and physical strength, resilience and overall well-being. Some scientific knowledge will be presented at the beginning of each session to help you better understand the topic.

Our energy levels determine how we show up in the world daily and often our energy stores are depleted from stress, worry or just daily life. A short intro will be followed by a guided meditation to help you tap into your inner flow, energy and vitality.
