We believe that it's always good to reflect on and draw lessons from our past encounters in life, perhaps some useful tips that you could hypothetically tell your past self and also remind your future self of.

In this more casual episode, we caught up with Azizah, a dear, supportive friend of ours. She shared with us one or two advice that she would tell her younger self 5 years ago based on her experience, which also made both of us contemplate on similar experiences that we've went through as well.
