Some of us are less confident than others, and this is often a consequence of being insecure about certain aspects of ourselves.

Nadhira joins Jess as she takes an emotional trip down memory lane and reflects on her childhood experience, realising how overcoming certain insecurities may not be as easy as others, but that we owe it to ourselves to continue trying for the sake of our well-being.
