A casual but not-so-casual conversations between friends about life and the society around us. We made this podcast to share with you our thoughts on these matters, and to encourage you to do the same with us, too! Ride along with us as we talk about the experiences that the people around us and we ourselves have encountered in our daily lives, and then dive deep into our thoughts and what we can learn and take away from them. "Learning to dive deeper; diving deeper to learn".

#11. Reconnecting Deeper with: Narda Virellia (A Perspective on Physical and Mental Wellbeing) Pt. 2
Welcome to the second part of our talk with Narda! (If you haven't yet, please listen to the Part 1 of this first to get the whole story!)
In this Part 2, Narda introduces us to Kasadaia: a blog with a play on the name that translates to "house of power" which focuses on empowerment of people specifically employees. She co-created this blog with her brother based on their personal workplace experiences, which she opens up about. She then talks about knowing our limits, respecting ourselves, and treating yourself well on the inside and on the outside, as these factors are key for our physical and mental wellbeing not just at work but in the general context as well. Towards the end of this episode, we also briefly touch upon her internship experience in Russia, and her wishes to move towards a career with a cause that she's passionate about.
