Having been wounded by a gunshot, Natasha tracks down an old acquaintance from the secret Russian agency, someone who knows his way around extracting a bullet from the body. Fittingly, his name is “Doc.” Doc has heard about Natasha’s sister and her being pregnant with a human/alien hybrid.
