Despite triple inhaled therapy, many patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) continue to experience frequent and severe exacerbations, leading to hospitalizations, symptom burden, and higher mortality risk. In this expert-led discussion, Drs. Diego Maselli and Stephanie Christenson personalized treatment approaches and the role of biologics in advanced COPD care.
