How are you dealing with your trauma bonds? Have you internally buried them? We must face them!
Details about our mental state, how we cover them up with masks. We are not our best self because of the world's standards, and how we deal with our past trama's. We must be careful because if don't address our trama, Zetta males will enter into our lives who are Narc's, or masogynistic men of this world and they will control your mind, and have you dressing, and acting out of who you really aren't. I hope this episode helps you acknowledge things you may not be aware of. I am not a councelor, or therapist, nor am I perfect. I am an imperfect woman with this imperfect episode that comes from my heart. This platform is for imperfect people like myself who refuses to wear a mask, and are intentional and athenic in all that I say and do.
