Today we’re talking to two people who are trying to make a difference on a hyper local scale.

With a background in family ranching and a deep commitment to improving the world, AJ is on a mission to transform the current food supply chain model. AJ and his team are developing a SAAS marketplace, connecting consumers directly to producers nationwide, and empowering families to take control over their food supply. AJ has a passion for locally sourced meat, produce, dairy, eggs, and enhancing food security, reducing carbon footprints, and benefiting local communities. RC Carter From “Carter Country Meats” is working in the arid mountain west, which possesses a tough yet fragile ecosystem, climate and topography, yet supports some of the most powerful grasses in the world. Putting our responsibility to the land 1st, and evolving information and education, we can only commit to doing better than the day before.
