Penny and Halley interview RN and amazing creator, Andrew White. Andrew has been a bedside nurse for 20 years, the latter 18 years in the adult Intensive Care Unit. He has worked both in direct patient care and in hospital management. In addition to holding a Bachelor’s in Nursing, he also holds a Bachelor’s in Animal Science.
Andrew is featured on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with the user name “Plantymurse”, a named derived from his vegan lifestyle (planty) and the fact that he is a male nurse (murse). His content is heavily nursing-influenced and combines elements of humor, education, snark, and general silliness. He has a new series on social media out since last season, called Meanwhile… in the Breakroom!
Andrew lives in Idaho with his wife of 17 years, their 3 children, and their dog Shadow.
