Grace Koons is entering her 3rd year at Indiana Westlyan University this fall as an Elementary Education major. She shares about how her dad's illness sent her into a spiral of depression and other mental health issues. Through a long journey with depression, panic attacks, and anxiety she finally got the help she needed. Then, after years of searching to hear God's voice, she finally heard it in an unsuspecting time and place, and it changed everything for her. Finally, she reads a letter to her younger self.
