Episode 45 - Healing From Trauma Through Vulnerability & Trust w/Autumn DeMott (23 Years Old)
Autumn DeMott works as an admissions counselor for Grad and Undergrad as well as the Head Assistant Coach for the Huntington University Girls Soccer Team. Growing up with a single mom and her dad wasn't in the picture forced her to grow up fast. She struggled with trust and letting others in. This came to peak when she experienced abuse high school by an older co-worker at a camp. In college she began working through a lot of issues with a counselor and found healing through letting others in, including God. Then, Autumn reads a letter to her younger self.
