This episode is quite a bit different. Liz wanted to come on here and share a little bit of her heart on why each and every story matters. Many times we avoid hard parts of our stories, hoping that they will go away, but it ends up affecting our lives! How many times do we all just move past a hurtful experience, a painful memory, a mistake we’ve made and hope it never comes up again. If we do that, we will never learn from our past mistakes! Our story shapes who we are!
