The Dear Young Preacher Mentoring Talk, hosted by Dr. James T. Worthy, is designed to empower and instruct young preachers, pastors, and those new to Christian ministry. Presently in his 30th year of preaching and 26th year of pastoral ministry, and through open talks, interviews, and candid conversations with real life application, Worthy's heart desire and goal of DYP Mentoring Talk is to help the next generation of preachers and pastors grow and learn from the mistakes of lessons of the previous generation.
