There are so many messages out there that tell us who we are, who we should be, what we need, why we should change, but I believe inside all of us there is a quiet knowing and our own compass, so this episode is here to tell you to listen to that. This episode isn't going to tell you to do anything other than believe in yourself, be kind to yourself, and do what's right for you. After the last two heavy episodes I figured it was time for some fun and encouragement, I definitely let my personality shine through a bit more on this one, so I hope this feels more like two friends catching up.
