EP 5: Dear God, how can I worship you better? The true meaning of Worshp to God.

Dear child of God,

When we talk about worship, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Is it your favorite worship song? Is it lifting your hands in the air when singing?

What does worship mean to you?

Maybe like you, whenever I heard of the word 'worship', my first response was to put on music. But as I grew in my faith, God showed me that true worship to him was obeying his word. True worship to Him was loving people right. True worship to God was forgiving. True worship was living a life with a repentant heart and honoring God, not just with my words but with my actions, what I wore, how I spoke, what I ate,with my emotions, EVERYTHING!

God was showing me that, He wanted to be Lord over ALL my life and not just some parts. He wanted me wholeheartedly.

This pushed me to be so much more intentional about how I live. To live for an audience of ONE: GOD! To represent Him in every space I found myself in.

In this episode, we speak about true worship and how we can be more intentional in worshipping God in spirit and truth.

As you join Sammy J, may the Holy Spirit convict you and may your mind be renewed to seek God in everything and to be a Christian who produces the right fruit.
