Pablo Hannon (Santiago, 1973) verkent verschillende expressies in zijn artistieke praktijk. Vanuit zijn activistische roots en bewustzijn van onrechtvaardigheid elders in de wereld, richtte hij The School op; een fluïde, autonome ruimte en methodologie waarmee hij toegankelijke, interdisciplinaire samenwerkingen met lokale en internationale participanten mogelijk maakt. Hannons’ eigen artistieke experimenten berusten op tekenkunst en vormgeving en spelen in op de geïmproviseerde en performatieve interactie met het publiek. Hannon is één van de juryleden voor de Limburg Biënnale in 2024.

In dit fragment praat hij over 'Fase, Four Movements to the Music of Steve Reich', de allereerste voorstelling van choreografe Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, die in 1982 in première ging. Fase bestaat uit drie duetten en één solo, gechoreografeerd op vier repetitieve composities van de Amerikaanse minimalist Steve Reich.
