I like buying foreclosures as a part of my real estate investing, but I like buying them cheap!  In this podcast, I talk about why buying foreclosures at auctions and as REO's is not the best strategy.  Why let the bank control everything? You can buy directly from the real estate seller, before the home ever goes to foreclosure.  This is a smart real estate investing strategy and I talk about why this works so well. I even give an example of a house I flipped. I was able to stop the foreclosure for $20K and fix it up in a few weeks.  The seller and I both profited $40K in a win-win situation.  This is one of the many real estate investing strategies I use to get in and out of flips quickly.  In addition, I give a real estate stimulus update and why I believe real estate foreclosures may rise in the future.
